I'm not striving to be perfect as a Christian. But I am striving to be active as a Christian. I guess that's kinda what James talks about in faith and deeds: 24 You see that a person is considered righteous by what they do and not by faith alone. James 2:24 If I don't do anything with this belief, with this faith, with God's love for me, than it is understandable if God discontinues to reveal himself to me, to bless me, to do great things in my life; because I am not sharing it with others, because I am keeping it selfishly for myself. If we don't affect others with our faith, than our faith has no power. God knows this, so if we become lazy, there is no use in him giving to us because we wont do anything with what he gives us.
